OUR CREDENTIALS

Our Taekwondo instructors are the best in the greater Kansas City area, holding multiple world records. We are the only school in the area officially sanctioned by USA Taekwondo, and provide the official certification for new Korean Taekwondo black belts in the area.

Our team of instructors includes 5 black belts, with Grand Master Jeong leading the way as a 7th degree black belt.

Our Programs

Ages 4-5

Little Tigers

This program builds a strong foundation for children by focusing on improving their confidence, discipline, self-control, focus and respect.

Ages 6-12

Tigers

The overarching objective of this program is to empower our students to achieve their highest potential, no matter where their paths may lead them. This includes development of both physical and mental skills.

Ages 13+

Teens & Adults

Our Teens & Adults Program is designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through a comprehensive approach that encompasses physical conditioning and self-defense while also focusing on mental fortitude.
