Little Tigers (Age 4-5)

We strongly believe that no one is too young, or too old, to learn. Early childhood is extremely important as they start to learn how to make their own judgements and build their unique character. A fundamental step of  guiding children to build positive and confident traits is exposing children to positive environments. We strive to work with young children to build their confidence, discipline, self-control, focus, and respect so children can build their own positive character for their long adventure that is ahead of them.

Tigers (Age 6-12)

As children embark on their journey of socialization at home and school, we strive to instill positive influence on their mental and physical development. In addition to our rigorous physical programs that enhance endurance, self-defense, flexibility, and coordination, we also place great emphasis on moral education. Our comprehensive curriculum focuses on cultivating essential values such as self-respect, respect for others, self-control, focus, discipline, and confidence. Our overarching objective is to empower our students to achieve their highest potential, no matter where their paths may lead them.

Teens & Adults

Our Teenager and Adult Program is designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through a comprehensive approach that encompasses physical conditioning and self-defense while also focusing on mental fortitude. Taekwondo is the perfect martial art for young adults and adults alike who seek a fitness routine that not only strengthens their physical abilities, but also cultivates a positive mental and emotional lifestyle. With our program, participants can improve their physical endurance, learn effective self-defense techniques, and achieve inner peace and calmness to relieve stress after a long day.
